After realising I was 2 weeks after the 28 day return policy, I was envious that the store would be unable to help. However, Fiona put my worries at ease when she advised that with discretion of the manager, this would be no issue. I exchanged my two suitcases for smaller cases with ease. Harley dealt with the transactions and was keen to help. Huge shoutout to Fiona, Harley and the manager who accepted the late exchanged. Hugely appreciated !

I would still have to say that for several years now Matalan has been my favourite place to shop for clothing.
